Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Eligibility and Registration

• Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account. Registering duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lotto88 offers various promotional offers for members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and provisions:

• The lotto88 welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. Another example: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.
• A bonus may only be credited to one account per individual, IP address, device, or household.
• lotto88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse bonuses through hedge betting, fraud or other unauthorised methods will result in all related bonuses and winnings being voided.
• Weekly cashback in the lotto88 VIP programme is credited based on the tier eligibility achieved and is subject to its own separate terms.

6. Game Rules

All games available on lotto88 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade games — are governed by the specific rules of each game. Players are required to familiarise themselves with those rules before playing.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault or connection disruption during a game, affected rounds will be processed in accordance with the specific policy of that game.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Account Suspension and Termination

lotto88 reserves the right to take action against accounts that breach these terms:

• Permanent termination will be carried out for serious breaches including fraud, use of multiple accounts, collusion, and money laundering.
• Players may also request voluntary account termination through customer support. Eligible balances will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.

10. Limitation of Liability
